Linda Modular Wagon – The Next Generation of Modular Transport Solutions

Linda Defence Oy is developing the Linda Modular Wagon, an innovative modular transport system designed to make the handling and transportation of materials, equipment and interchangeable modules safer, faster and more cost-efficient.

At the heart of the solution is a unique transport wagon capable of loading and unloading compatible modules using its own integrated lifting mechanism, eliminating the need for external lifting equipment. A single wagon platform can be equipped with a wide range of interchangeable modules, including tool, fuel, energy, water, maintenance and storage units, enabling one system to serve multiple operational purposes.

The solution reduces dependency on heavy machinery, improves logistics efficiency, enhances workplace safety and increases equipment utilization. Its modular design makes it suitable for industrial operations, construction, infrastructure projects, equipment rental, civil protection and emergency preparedness applications.

The project includes engineering design, prototype development and testing, industrial design, market research in Sweden and intellectual property (IP) studies. The objective is to create a competitive Finnish innovation with strong international growth potential, providing customers with greater flexibility, productivity and operational resilience.
